You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items. Beyond this period returns will not be accepted. Items that are worn, damaged or without tags cannot be refunded.
SIZE EXCHANGES
Send your exchange request directly to contact@juce-collection.com and we will send you your return slip by email.
Free shipping for size exchanges.
Prepare your package, place your items in their original packaging along with the delivery note already present in the package.
Stick your return slip on your package and drop it off at a Mondial Relay.
In the event of a pre-order, the size exchange will not be automatically guaranteed. It will be subject to the remaining quantities produced.
In the event that JUCE collection is unable to make a size exchange, JUCE collection must reimburse the Customer within 14 days and consider the order canceled.
RETURNS
Send your refund request directly to contact@juce-collection.com and we will send you your return slip by email.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
